Registration Information
We can't have camp without Adult Volunteers!
GSUSA set guidelines on how many adults must be present per number of girls of each program level. Our camp numbers are limited by how many adult volunteers we have. Consider filling out our Interest Form to ensure your Girl Scout can attend Day Camp 2024.We typically need 23+ adults each day. Our goal is to have enough adults that we do not have to turn any girls away.

Day camp volunteers can be a mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle or adult sibling, etc! As long as they are able to join a unit and hike with Girl Scouts, they are welcome to enjoy Camp Elk River. They also need to be a registered Girl Scout with a current GSUSA background check.

This interest form does not take the place of day camp registration for your girl(s) or for you. Also, you must register with Girl Scouts USA and complete the background check. A background check may take up to two weeks for completion, so it is important to do this soon to ensure your Girl Scouts are safe.
Sibling Care will be available for potty trained siblings.
